Kim Lutz is a mom-taught cook who loves cooking and entertaining.  When her two sons were diagnosed with food allergies, she had to learn a new way to cook ... allergen-free.  After much trial and error, Welcoming Kitchen was born.  Welcoming Kitchen Allergen-Free Recipes for Snacks and Goodies is the first cookbook from the Welcoming Kitchen publishing house.  These recipes have been enjoyed by our friends and family.  We hope that you enjoy them, too!

Kim is also the co-author with Megan Hart, RD, of The Everything Organic Cooking for Baby and Toddler Book published by Adams Media.
